[Have a Florida attorney review these terms before launch.]

These terms are an agreement between you and Logos Family Co., doing business as Daytona Moving Bins Co. ("we", "us"). They apply to every tote, lid and dolly rental.

How do delivery and pickup work?

We'll contact you before your scheduled delivery to set a delivery time. You're responsible for giving us an accurate delivery address and a safe, reasonably accessible spot for drop-off and pickup, like a garage, porch, driveway or condo storage room. Delivery and pickup are included within 20 miles of Ormond Beach. Farther out, we add $1.50 per mile each way and quote it before you book.

On your scheduled pickup date, all totes must be emptied, reasonably clean and accessible. We only ever pick up empty totes. If they aren't ready or we can't reach them when we arrive, a $10 per day late charge or a return-trip charge may apply.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes. Ask for an extension before your scheduled pickup date. Extensions depend on availability. Extra weeks cost:

An extension isn't confirmed until we approve it and the extension fee is paid.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

How should I care for the totes?

Normal wear from ordinary moving is expected and never charged. While the totes, lids and dollies are with you, you're responsible for protecting them from loss, theft, misuse and damage.

Please don't paint, permanently mark, cut, drill or alter the totes, or use them in ways likely to damage them. Use the removable labels we provide. Totes returned with heavy dirt, paint, oil, chemicals, adhesives or anything else that needs extraordinary cleaning may carry a reasonable cleaning charge.

What if something is lost or damaged?

What's the weight limit, and what can't go in a tote?

Each tote can hold up to 50 pounds of contents. That keeps it safe for one person to lift and keeps the lid and handles from cracking.

The totes are for normal household and office moving and storage. Don't use them to store or carry hazardous, flammable, explosive, illegal, biohazardous or otherwise dangerous materials, including fuel, propane, paint, pool chemicals, perishable food or live animals. You're responsible for packing and handling totes safely and staying under the weight limit.

Who is responsible for my belongings?

You are responsible for packing, loading, moving, unloading and handling your belongings. Daytona Moving Bins Co. isn't responsible for loss of or damage to personal property placed in or moved with our rental equipment, except where caused by our negligence or as otherwise required by law.

When do I pay?

Rental charges are due at checkout. No deposit. A card is kept on file for lost or damaged bins. Any extra charges for approved extensions, missing or damaged equipment, extraordinary cleaning, or extra delivery or pickup trips will be explained to you before or when they're charged.
