No. Keiser offers student housing only at its Flagship Residential Campus in West Palm Beach. Students at its other campuses, including Daytona Beach, arrange their own housing.

That means no move-in day, no check-in lines and no residence hall rules to follow. Your move follows your lease, not a university calendar.

It also means no university check-out process. When you leave, your own lease and landlord set the rules.

Want a dorm? You would need to enroll at the 100-acre Flagship campus at 2600 North Military Trail, West Palm Beach. It has dormitories, dining and recreation facilities, plus its own academic calendar.

Keiser students at this campus arrange their own housing. We did not find a Keiser-published off-campus housing list for Daytona Beach.

One purpose-built option is Bellamy Daytona Student Apartments at 601 Bellamy Ct., near Halifax Hospital. It was marketed at opening to Keiser students along with Embry-Riddle, Daytona State, UCF and Bethune-Cookman.

Bellamy offers fully furnished 3- to 5-bedroom apartments with individual leases. Units have in-unit laundry, and the complex has a fitness center, pool and study rooms.

Because units come furnished, a Bellamy move is mostly clothes, bedding and kitchen gear. Confirm current rates and lease dates directly with the property.

Keiser undergraduates take one course at a time in four-week terms. New classes start every month, so there is no single campus-wide move-in weekend.

The Fall 2026 semester runs August 31 to December 20. Its four terms start August 31, September 28, October 26 and November 23.

The best windows for a move are scheduled breaks. Keiser closes for Thanksgiving November 26 to 29, 2026, and for winter holiday December 21 through January 10, 2027.

Spring break in 2027 is May 3 to 9, between the Winter and Summer semesters. That week is a natural time to change apartments.

The campus is at 1800 Business Park Boulevard, near Daytona International Speedway. It has on-site parking for students.

From I-95, take Exit 87A for International Speedway Boulevard (US 92) and head east about two miles, past the Speedway.

Turn left on Bill France Boulevard, directly across from the Speedway. Go through two traffic lights and turn left at the third, at the Keiser University sign.

Votran's destination list does not name Keiser. The nearby Daytona International Speedway is served by Routes 9, 10, 11, 18 and 60, plus VoRide at night and on Sundays.

Route 18 runs along International Speedway Boulevard and also reaches the airport and Daytona Mall. Use Votran's MyStop tracker to find the stop closest to Business Park Boulevard.

A single ride costs $2 and an all-day pass costs $4. A 31-day pass is $50, and transfers are not offered.

Daytona Beach International Airport is a few minutes from campus. Delta, American, Avelo and Breeze serve the airport.

Votran Route 18 connects the airport with the Speedway area if you arrive without a car.

With no residence halls, there is no dorm mailroom to receive packages. Ship boxes to your new apartment, timed for after your lease starts.

The campus focuses on career programs with hands-on labs. Associate degrees include Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Occupational Therapy Assistant and Medical Assisting Science.

Bachelor's options include Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Health Science and Imaging Sciences.

Day and evening schedules are available. That flexibility lets you pick a move date that does not clash with a lab or clinical.

Since Keiser Daytona students rent, Florida's deposit law matters at move-out. If the landlord makes no claim, the deposit must come back within 15 days after the lease ends.

To keep any part, the landlord must send written notice within 30 days, by certified mail or email. You then have 15 days to object in writing.

Leaving early or ending a month-to-month lease? Give at least 7 days' written notice by certified mail or personal delivery, with an address where you can be reached.

Take dated photos of every room when you move in and when you move out. Empty, clean rooms make any damage claim easier to dispute.

A furnished room in a shared student apartment usually takes about 20 totes. That covers clothes, bedding, books and a few kitchen items.

A one- or two-bedroom apartment of your own usually needs about 40. A three-bedroom place, or a family home move, is closer to 60.
