UCF Daytona Beach is a UCF Connect Center on the Daytona State College main campus. Its office is in Building 140, Suite 107, at 1200 W. International Speedway Blvd.

The center lists three paths: the Integrated Business BSBA, the Nursing BSN and UCF Online degrees. You can take classes in person, online or a mix.

The office is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays are virtual only, so plan in-person questions for earlier in the week.

Even in Orlando, UCF calls transfer housing very limited and tells transfers to search off campus. Most UCF Daytona students are transfers, so plan on renting or commuting.

The residence hall next door belongs to Daytona State. Its application steps start with being accepted and enrolled as a DSC student, so it is not a UCF option.

Because UCF shares the DSC campus, any apartment close to Daytona State works. A few purpose-built student complexes rent by the bedroom.

Bellamy Daytona, at 601 Bellamy Ct., names UCF among the schools it serves. It has 376 beds in furnished 3- to 5-bedroom units with individual leases.

OnShore Daytona sits on Halifax Medical Center Drive, about 1.2 miles from campus. A local report put its two-bedrooms at $1,215 and up.

Expect screening. Bellamy typically asks for a 650 credit score and income of three times rent, and older complexes may require a co-signer.

Often not. DirectConnect to UCF guarantees admission to DSC graduates with an A.A. or articulated A.S., consistent with university policy. If your program runs in Daytona, you stay on the same campus.

You may still move if you leave the DSC residence hall. DSC housing requires DSC enrollment, so plan your next lease before your last DSC term ends.

DSC's spring 2027 hall move-out is May 8, 2027 by 5 p.m. Lining up an apartment by then avoids a gap.

Transfer orientation includes an online pre-orientation and an in-person session where you meet your college and register. The posted spring 2027 schedule is on the Orlando main campus.

Spring 2027 transfer sessions run from October 9 to December 18, 2026. Book early, because sessions are first-come, first-served.

Finish pre-orientation at least three business days before your session. Transfers do not pay the $200 first-year enrollment deposit.

• Orlando main campus parking needs a UCF permit, including on weekends.

Parking is free at UCF Daytona Beach, and you do not need a decal. That makes commuting from Ormond Beach, Port Orange or Palm Coast practical.

Without a car, Votran Routes 10, 18 and 60 serve UCF in Daytona Beach. Route 18 also reaches Daytona Beach International Airport.

A single adult fare is $2, and a 31-day pass is $50. Volusia Mall, a nearby transfer point, is on Routes 9, 10, 11, 18 and 60.

The Daytona Beach campus is about 60 miles northeast of Orlando. If some classes or clinicals are in Orlando, that drive matters when you choose an apartment.

UCF nursing's main building is the Dr. Phillips Nursing Pavilion at 6825 Lake Nona Blvd. in Orlando. The traditional BSN is also offered at the Daytona Beach center.

If your program is fully in Daytona or online, living near International Speedway Boulevard keeps your commute short.

As a UCF student, you follow the UCF academic calendar. Fall 2026 classes begin Monday, August 24, 2026.

Thanksgiving break runs November 23 to 27, 2026. Fall classes end December 3, and finals run December 4 to 10.

If your lease ends in December, move after your last exam rather than during finals week. UCF had not posted Spring 2027 class dates as of late October 2026.

• Labor Day, September 7, 2026, gives you a long weekend early in the term.

You can request a UCF ID card online and have it mailed, since Daytona uses the same request process as other Connect Centers.

A single bedroom in a shared student apartment usually fits in about 20 totes. A one- or two-bedroom apartment takes around 40, and a three-bedroom closer to 60.
